KEN BOLTIADOR
KEN BOLTIADOR is the Founder and the Managing Director of LIGTAS Philippines. He graduated Senior High School from Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu under the Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) Strand with the Lux Oriens Academic Award. He is also currently a Bachelors of Science in Economics student of the University of San Carlos. Boltiador is also a Scout Leader volunteer serving under the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, and an Emergency Volunteer from REAVO Cebu Chapter.

The LIGTAS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS is a project that aims to provide a free emergency services directory to the People of Cbeu. The LIGTAS APP which is the flagship product of LIGTAS Philippines which is available for free to all those living in Cebu.
YOUTH TASK FORCE LIGTAS is a project that aims to train and educate the youth in the community for them to be able to take part in keeping the community safe. This also involves the training of various youth groups in First Aid, Basic Life Support, and Safety.
The BREATH OF LIFE PROJECT is a project that aims to provide medical oxygen tanks to far-flung communities around Cebu. This is especially to aid these communities with their COVID-19 Response and at the same time, be of use for non-COVID but critical patients in these communities.
